NextUp is a personal task management app. Sign-in is limited to the accounts its owner has approved, and it is not offered to the public.
What NextUp stores
- Your Google account name, email address and profile image, from sign-in.
- The todos and categories you create, and your time zone.
- Google access tokens, if you connect Google Calendar or Google Sheets.
- Titles, descriptions and times of Google Calendar events, if you connect a calendar.
How Google data is used
Google Calendar access is read-only and is used to show your events as todos. Google Sheets access is used to sync your todos with a spreadsheet you choose. Google data is used only for these features. It is not sold, used for advertising, or shared with anyone except the services that run the app.
NextUp's use of information received from Google APIs follows the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Where data is kept
The app is hosted on Vercel and its data is stored in a Neon PostgreSQL database. Data is kept until it is deleted in the app or on request.
Your choices
You can disconnect Google Calendar or Google Sheets in Settings, and revoke access at any time from your Google account permissions. To have your data deleted, or to ask a question, email admin@yourdigitalvisions.com.
